Valentine Fox

This cute little fox is delivering a Valentine's Day message today. "LIFE IN THE FOREST" is one of my favorite stamp sets right now. I kept the card simple and monochromatic so the red balloon really pops. I like how it goes over the edges of the card. Thankfully Stampin' Up! offers the envelope punch board now so I can make a customized envelope for this card.

Petite Petals Birthday

What's the next best thing to sending your friend a bouquet of flowers for her birthday? Sending a Stampin' Up! paper flower bouquet on a birthday card. The stamp set "Petit Petals" comes with a matching punch which makes creating the most beautiful cards really quick and easy.

For the background I stamped the flowers randomly on Whisper White Cardstock. Then I stamped the same flowers with StazOn on Vellum and layered it on top. Stamp and punch out some flowers on colored card stock for the bouquet, add a sentiment and some rhinestones, DONE.

More Simply Sketched

I am really having a lot of fun with this stamp set. I am also enjoying to experiment with the watercolor background. Here is another take on the Simply Sketched Thank You card. To achieve the different shades for the "thank you" I inked my stamp and stamped off on a piece of scrap paper.

Card Stock:      Whisper White, Real Red, Gumball Green, DSP
Stamps:           Simply Sketched, Express Yourself
Ink / Marker:     Real Red, Gumball Green, Black StazOn
Accessories:     Aqua Painter, Blender Pen, Crystal Effects, Dazzling Diamonds

To add a little bling I filled the flower with Crystal Effects and carefully sprinkled some glitter around the edges.

Simply Sketched Thank You

For this card I used the hostess set "Simply Sketched" from the 2013/2014 catalog. This set is so versatile and so much fun.
The image was stamped with black StazOn on Watercolor paper and colored with the Stampin' Up! markers. Then I heat embossed the picture with clear embossing powder and watercolored the background right over it. Stamp the sentiment, add a little ribbon bow and a few rhinestones for the bling and voilĂ .

Card Stock:      Watercolor Paper, Real Red Cardstock

Ink / Marker:     Real Red, Gumball Green, Tangerine Tango, Daffodil Delight, Black StazOn
Accessories:     Aqua Painter, Blender Pen, Stampin' Emboss Powder clear, Heat Tool, Rhinestone Basic Jewels, 1/8" Real Red Taffete Ribbon

Love You to the Moon

LOVE YOU TO THE MOON This stamp set is sooooo cute. When I browsed through the new Occasions catalog it jumped right at me.

I stamped the rocket with the planet on a Window sheet with white StazOn, cut it out and cut  a hole a little larger than a dimensional (with the CIRCLES COLLECTION FRAMELITS DIES)  through the middle of the planet. Then I stamped only the rocket on Whisper White, colored it, cut it out and attached it to the Window sheet. After that I stamped the planet on Summer Starfruit card stock, cut that one out and attached it on my card with a dimensional through the middle of the hole in my window  sheet. Now the rocket can spin around the planet when you move the card.
